DURING PROJECT FORMS
These are the forms you could use when you’re in the production phase of your project. It gives a rough insight into the steps we’d normally take when we’re working on a project.
AVAILABILITY FORM
To get an understanding of volunteer/workers availability in order to build a project schedule. Have participants fill this form in during your first meeting with them.
RELEASE FORM
To gain permission from participants to take photos and use these for promotional purposes.
HOURS OF PARTICIPANTS FORM
To collect worked hours of all participants in order to pay them. Team leaders are responsible to fill in these hours each working day. *note: depending on how you approach reimbursement in your project
